Know before you book
- Night Safari is open daily from 7:15 PM until 12:00 AM, with the last entry at 11:15 PM.
- No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or cash refunds are allowed.
- Admission is at the voucher holder's own risk. the attraction will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park.
- Voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/recordings in the park for commercial purposes. the attraction may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation.
- A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a park is required.
- Children below 3 years old may enter the parks for free and A senior is defined as a person 60 years of age and above.
- Guests may be required to show identification when redeeming their ticket.
- The service provider will send you a separate email with your actual ticket 24 hours before your travel date. This ticket will be the one recognised by the attraction.
- Please ensure that your coach drivers avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari side), as these are reserved for Mandai City Express and Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) services. To prevent congestion, kindly use other available bays for drop-offs and parking.
