• Chinaman's Hat The basalt islet in Kaneohe Bay is shaped curiously like a hat. According to Hawaiian mythology, the island is formed fromthe remains of a giant lizard or dragon's tail tossed to the ocean.
• Hukilau Marketplace (Polynesian Cultural Centre)* Pounders restaurant is a farm fresh island style dining restaurant, serving fresh produce from island farms, Hawaii-raised grass fed beef, locally caught seafood, savoury delights from the Pacific Rim. Their bakery is filled with local favourites with popular twists on some classics. Lunch stop is at Pounders Restaurant daily except Sunday’s. Sunday’s lunch stop will be served at the Courtyard Oahu North Shore by Pounders Restaurant with a limited menu.
