The whole tour takes place in La Latina area. Madrid oldest and most atmospheric quarter.

Bar 1: It is one of the oldest restaurants in Madrid. A must if you want to taste the best vermut on tap I know. They have a long menu with countless tapas. We will taste their best 2.

Bar 2: It is the most beautiful tavern in the number1# food&wine street in Madrid, Cava Baja. Brace yourself for an outstanding white wine and a type of tapas called: "tostas".

Bar 3: Tucked away in a pedestrian area only locals know. We will cook Spanish beef on red hot ceramic plates with different types of peppers and potatoes. I ll take advantage of the opportunity to open outstanding red wines from my own cellar. We will finish the night with one of the top pairings in Spain: raisins wine (Pedro Ximenez) with vanilla & macadamia ice cream.
