The 65-hectare farm and restaurant at Podere il Casale have been a labour of love for owners Sandra and Ulisse. They started their activity in the 1991. You can enjoy at he restaurant or purchased to take away-fresh homemade pasta, honey, cheeses, wine, extra virgin olive oil and white truffles. There is sertificated tour guide for 1 hour, who tell you all storey and then you proceed with wine and food tasting.
