Overview

You will get hands-on step-by-step instructions and you will learn both xiao long bao and dumplings cooking techniques that easily be repeated at home.
All xiao long bao wrappers are made from scratch and half of dumplings wrappers are made from scratch. You can opt to make all dumplings from scratch too. You will also learn how to prepare the fillings and how to wrap in a traditional classic way.
Before the class you will discover our traditions and culture by visiting to a local fresh food market too.

Activity itinerary

We'll meet up at exit A Jordan MTR station. Then we will go to the nearby fresh food market to buy organic pork and check around the market. Last we head to a Cafe to prepare and cook organic Xiao Long Bao and organic Dumplings. Eventually, everyone will enjoy their cooked food. It would take around 4-5 hours. The time depends on individual pace and the number of guests Vegetarians are welcome. If you want to start at morning or afternoon time or Thursday class or Chinese new year holiday class, please contact me to arrange
