After breakfast, depart for the great excursion to the heart of the Hoggar Massif and the Assekrem which dominates the Atakor Massif and finally the hermitage of Father de Foucault (built in 1910). Picnic at the Guelta d'Afillal. Arrival at the refuge, climb on foot to the plateau (2706 m), about twenty minutes and admire the panorama, dinner and overnight in bivouac
Day 2: Assekrem - Tamanrasset

Very early in the morning, return to the plateau to witness the magical sunrise. After breakfast, return to Tamanrasset. The afternoon is dedicated to visiting Tamanrasset, the capital of Ahaggar, including its museum, the market, the chapel of Father de Foucault, and the artisan blacksmith area. Dinner and overnight stay at the caravansary.
Day 3: Tamanrasset - Tanguet
