The road from Hallstatt to Salzburg offers some spectacular panoramic views of the lakes within Salzkammergut region. We will offer you a photo break opportunity at Lake Wolfgang at the town of Sankt Gilgen. You are welcome to ask the driver for any other short stops along this route, so you can capture the picturesque scenery of Austrian lakes.

The tour continues with a visit to Salzburg. Upon arrival, independently explore UNESCO protected Old Town, Mirabell Palace Gardens used as a filming location for popular "Sound of Music" film and do-re-mi song or catch a spectacular view of the city from the Hohensalzburg fortress.
