The biggest & the oldest Chinatown in Korea. As black bean noodle originated from this area, we will have it for lunch after look around the Chinatown. There is a museum presenting the history of the noodle; also, strangely, there is a small Taoism temple; it will be an unique experience to visit Taoism temple & listening to the storey "why Taoism rather than Buddhism for your curiosity!

Right behind the Chinatown, there is a small park first opened 1888; it is the first western style park in Korea. There is the statue of general MacArthur at the park; listen to the storey why the statue of American war hero has been built here!

Jemulpo club was built in 1901 as a social gathering place for foreigners who lived Incheon. After that it had been used for a small local museum for quite long & since year 2019, it has been used as a multiple cultural space for various public events. It was sometimes used for a background setting for TV dramas.

As Incheon was the first door to Korea in late 18C, many cultural & historical properties of modern times were built in this area; taking a walk through the street to "Shinpo" local market, we will stop by some interesting historical spots; if you are interested in the history of modern times, there are full of interesting stories behind; if you are not, don't worry, on the way you will meet good spots to take retro feeling pictures! At the Shinpo market we are going to explore some famous local foods of this market! In addition, if we have enough time, we will stop by a catholic church -- the first church built with Gothic design in Korea -- nearby the market!
