There is no better way to start or conclude your day than on a stand-up-paddle-board, out on the water, doing yoga. The morning sup yoga class starts at 8:00 am, the evening at 6:30 pm, both lasting about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Before you begin the class, you'll have a 10-minute introduction to stand-up paddle-boarding, in which you will learn all of the basics and tricks with your knowledgeable and experienced sup teacher.

After the introduction, you will paddle to the Sup yoga docking station, tie down your paddle-board, and the yoga class can start. As you move through a series of yoga poses, simultaneously connect with yourself and the stunning nature that surrounds you. Gaze at the morning sky, or the technicolour sunset, and breathe in the calm that yoga affords you.
