The coach journey was very comfortable and the restaurant served tasty homemade food. The visibility of the wildlife was very poor, we saw very few creatures and were mostly looking at information boards. We really needed specialist warm suits for this trip but only had our own gear, which wasn’t insulating enough

I thought it was a guided tour with explanation during the walk. Perhaps the description can be clearer and explained that it is not included. There are 2 guides and they are polite and took care of us well throughout. The guides also booked the restaurant table for us as it’s too crowded. Lastly. We couldn’t see polar bear.

we missed our pick-up time due to trouble with getting a taxi and they were very accommodating in allowing us to still take the trip. unfortunately there was nothing to see (Dec) apart from an owl and very briefly, an otter.. everything else was no where to be seen. the paths were extremely slippery and consequently my elderly mum was unable to walk around with us, lunch was cancelled (and the only cafe was mobbed and didn't sell tea or hot chocolate)but we still had to sit around for hours waiting for the bus, a very unenjoyable day sadly

We had plenty of time to walk around and see all the animals! Our guide gave us the option to walk around with them or to go at our own pace, which suited us just fine. Lovely way to spend an late morning/early afternoon

Cheating tour, no polar bear, and forced us to go shopping and eating in the zoo. Also, the ac in the car is broken.

: For better or worse, you can see animals that are close to the wild, so there were many animals that could not be seen, such as hiding in beds somewhere at the zoo in February. However, the animals I saw looked like they were really living in the wild, and I was very impressed. Even if you don't see any animals, the experience of walking through the snowy forest is still a lot of fun.

: Tour on February 20th, 2023 - Our guide today was Shihab, he was super nice and gave us very good information. The animals are very interesting, but unfortunately some - like the bears - were not to be seen at all today. From the landscape, I found it breathtaking today. It took us about 1 hour there and then 1 hour back. Were then about 2 hours in the zoo. We can highly recommend.

: The park is too beautiful, with several arctic species and breathtaking landscapes, super worth the visit.
