Tastings menu:

1. Bun Bo Hue: beef noodle soup, which is not a Pho, that dish you can find anywhere.

Broth Ingredients: lemongrass, beef bones, pineapple, shrimp paste.
Other Ingredients: crab sausage, beef brisket, spring onions.

1. Chuoi Nuong: Coconut milk grilled plantain, which is a bit sweet and salty, with coconut milk sauce.
