Know before you book

  • Sala VIP Cibeles Lounge - Terminal 1: Hours of operation are 24 hours a day.
  • Sala VIP Puerta Del Sol - Terminal 3: Hours of operation are 5:30 AM–11 PM.
  • Maximum group size is 7 people. If your group size is for 8 or more travellers, the lounge must authorise your booking, before your reservation is confirmed.
  • Holiday Extras will contact you within 7 days of booking to confirm your entry time to the lounge. Entry time must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • Holiday Extras will email the voucher you need to gain access to the lounge, the one at the time of booking is not accepted by the lounge.
