This tour is very popular but, because of that, customers have to face many pick ups and drop offs from the different hotels, spending several hours on the bus. In fact you're gonna reach Bayahibe (where the boats leave to Saona) in a private van, just for your group (we require minimum 6 adults) helping you saving at least 2-3 hours compared with the regular tour with the advantage of a late pick up (8:00am) and a early drop off (around 5:30pm). This awesome day trip will start picking you up from your hotel and taking you to the charming fishing village of Bayahibe where we will board to Saona Island. In catamaran you will have the chance to relax on nets or dance to the beat of the local music Bachata and Merengue. The cruise from the beach of Bayahibe to the island of Saona is about 2 hours via the scenic route. The island itself offers plenty of lounge chairs on the beach, lots of souvenir shacks, and the most beautiful scenery. Lunch is included and you will have the opportunity to taste spaghetti in tomato sauce, pasta salad, potatoes, russian salad, white rice and vegetables, grilled chicken and pork, tropical fruit, french bread, coffee and local drinks. A bar will be also available for drinks and all typical music!

At the beach take time to rest on long chairs with a ”Santo libre” (Rum & Sprite) or swim the turquoise warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. After taking time at the beach (around 3 hours) your next destination is the natural pool. Aboard speedboats you will get there in racing style to have a cocktail on a sandbank in the middle of the sea and take some pictures with the famous and beautiful huge starfishes. You will spend around 45 minutes here before returning to Bayahibe.
