Suitable for beginners as well as intermediates! In this cooking class I will share the secret of my crispy schnitzels and juicy apple strudel with you. You will learn about Austrian cuisine, the kind my grandmother cooked for me when I was a small child. The cooking class takes place at my home - in the apartment where already my great-grandparents lived. First I will tell you something about Austrian cuisine, then I will explain all the dishes that we will cook together later. The menu will have 2 or 3 courses depending on the number of participants: (my grandmother's famous Old Viennese potato soup), chicken schnitzel with cucumber and potato salad and freshly baked apple strudel for dessert! It is very important to me that every participant cooks as much as possible themselves, so that you can recreate all the dishes at home. After cooking, we will eat all the dishes together. We prepare traditional Austrian dishes. Most dishes contain meat. I can also arrange a vegetarian, lactose-free or gluten-free class for you. (Vegan is not possible, also you cannot make gluten-free apple strudel) Small, intimate groups of max. 6 people. All classes are held in English!
