Theme Park services are on a daily service schedule. The most southern pickup zone for all Theme Park shuttles is from Burleigh Heads and the most northern pickup zone for all Theme park shuttles is in Southport.

All Theme Park bookings are charged at a return fare and cannot be separated as a one-way ticket. Travellers who require only a one-way journey will still be charged the same fare and are required to advise Con-X-ion ASAP.

The Roo pass is a pass which combines Airport transport and Theme Park transfers at a heavily discounted rate. Allowing return transfers to/from your Gold Coast hotel to either the Brisbane or Gold Coast Airport return (return) as well as multiple days (round trips/returns) worth of Theme park transfers.

On Boarding the passengers are all given a “return” timetable with each of the return times from the Theme Parks on it. Passengers must be ready and waiting in the allocated pickup area 10 minutes prior to the pickup schedule. The times listed on the timetable refers to the bus departure time from the Theme Park.
