Let's prepare some typical Tuscan dishes together!
Experience the farmhouse, from the vegetable garden to the olive grove, and learn to enhance the natural taste of our products using our family's traditional recipes.
Together we will prepare fresh pasta such as ravioli, tagliatelle, pici, or gnocchi, as well as typical Tuscan and Italian desserts, and some seasonal starters to enjoy at the end of the class. Every dish is prepared using fresh, local ingredients and following practical techniques that can be applied to other recipes.
The class is hands-on and lasts approximately four hours, concluding with a final meal that you will enjoy at the farmhouse venue. Each participant will receive a copy of the recipes used during the class.
