The guided tour of the company will introduce you to the fascinating tradition of typical Sienese sweets, a history of almost a thousand years.
The tour will start from the knowledge of the best raw materials such as almonds, candied fruit and spices, we will tell you how we select them and describe their processing, showing you the machinery where it is used.
After getting to know the raw materials we will move on to the actual production of our typical sweets: Panforte, Ricciarelli, Cantuccini, Cavallucci and Amaretti; based on the daily production you will see how they are formed and baked.
In the finale, we will show and describe their packaging, with special attention to the wrapping, still totally manual, of the panforte, you can ask all the questions you want and discover the secrets of the recipes.
The visit will end with a tasting of the most typical products.
