We can start the sound healing and sound meditation session in the ocean view music house! i.m working Online ukulele guitar music instructor for the world! also organise music class also sound bath sound meditation too. Have students experience mindfulness using sound. All you have to do is relax on your yoga mat. I will guide you slowly. Once finished, I will also guide you through meditation. Then, after relaxing, I will introduce you to the wonderful hot springs and town nearby, and have you relax more in the hot spring! sound healing jorney around 60 min. u will recovery body and mind make you feel good after sound bath. If you have your instrument also please bring it .
