Next, we will take a 25-minute tram ride to my apartment (tram tickets are included in the price), where everything will be ready for our delightful culinary adventure. Our štrukli cooking class will immerse you in the art of rolling and stretching phyllo dough, preparing a delicious cheese filling, and mastering the techniques of shaping and baking this traditional Croatian dish. While the štrukli are baking to perfection, you can indulge in a tasting session featuring a selection of traditional cured meats, cheese, olive and pumpkin seed oils, and exquisite local wine. Afterwards, you will savour the freshly baked, fragrant štrukli—a true taste of Croatian heritage. To conclude, I will escort you back to the tram, which will conveniently take you to the city centre.
