We will depart from Santiago de Querétaro to a very familiar vineyard where you will learn the history of the place, the winemaking process, and you will taste a delicious cheese board while you observe the grape plantation, all with personalised and warm treatment. Then we will travel to the municipality of Tequisquiapan, which was named a magical town in 2012. We will take you to see the pendulum that marks the geographic centre of the country, then we will visit a cheese workshop where you can taste 14 types, including goat cheese, sheep and cow, plus some gourmet products. Afterwards you will have time to tour the centre of the municipality to take photos and eat. We will end with a visit to one of the largest and most recognised vineyards in the area, there you will be given a guided tour of its underground cellars 25 metres deep while you learn about the history of sparkling wine, to finish with a tasting and your gift glass. .
