Know before you book

  • Get picked up from your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi Town and Ao Nam Mao. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email after you have made the booking.
  • If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East.
  • If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang.
  • If you stay in Klong Muang or Tubkaek Beach, there is an extra fee of 500 THB per car (max 10 people) for the return transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip.
  • The courses are restricted for children under 100 cm.
  • There is a maximum weight of 120 kg.
  • This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, infants under 5 years or people with back or neck problems.
  • Thai'd Up Adventures is daily opened from 09:00 until 17:00.
  • There is a minimum of 2 people required to run this tour! On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
