  • This is a sun and sea laden warm destination of India known as the land of Gods. Kindly carry your swimwear if you would like to swim in the sea and sun cream. For the programme, we encourage everyone to have comfortable clothing for purpose of sitting in meditation postures as well as doing Yoga. We encourage leggings for women and shorts for women because they help teacher focus and guide on corrections of the lower half of the body.
