Stop at a former French military post to capture some photos of the surrounding area. After fifteen more kilometres, we’ll pause at a coffee shop where you can enjoy a beautiful landscape featuring terraced rice fields and stunning layers of rocky limestone mountains. Lunch will be in Meo Vac town at 12:00 p.m. Next, embark on a boat trip to admire the breathtaking scenery of the Nho Que River and the magnificent beauty of Tu San Alley, renowned as the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia. As you journey along the river, you’ll experience one of the most beautiful passes in Vietnam: Ma Pi Leng Pass, also known as “The Road of Happiness,” which lies along National Road 4C. Before arriving in Dong Van district, we’ll stop to enjoy the panoramic views from the Sky Walk, one of the highest points on Ma Pi Leng Pass. At night, we’ll stay locally in the area, allowing us to fully appreciate the scenery rather than just passing through.

DAY 3: (~140km) Dong Van – Yen Minh – Ha Giang City (B,L) After breakfast, we visit the H’mong King’s Palace to explore the culture of the H’mong hill tribe. En route, pass rocky outcrops, evidence of Earth's plate shifts. Stop for photos at Tham Ma Pass, known for its cliffs and geosites. Riders on their own bikes can enjoy a “try not to fall” challenge. Lunch is in Yen Minh at one of Ha Giang’s oldest restaurants, offering delicious local food. In the afternoon, we head back to Ha Giang, passing through villages with hemp-covered hills. Explore ancient houses and immerse in local culture. We typically return to the city by 3:00 p.m., then board the bus for Hanoi, with an estimated arrival around 11:00 p.m.
