Punta Arena is a place where people usually go to avoid the vendors on the beaches in Cartagena, and it is an island located just 15 minutes away by boat, the water is a little clearer than in the City but not transparent like Playa Blanca. nor Rosario Islands.
If what you are looking for is something not luxury but more about enjoying the day at sea, this plan is for you, it is a highly requested option!
