Activity itinerary

We offer a special ramen-making experience course with direct instruction from a chef. Starting from making noodles from flour, you will learn how to boil them properly, choose your preferred soup flavour, and add your favourite toppings. First, understand the basics of ramen, including its history and regional differences. Then, under the chef's guidance, learn the importance of cooking time and texture for the noodles. Choose from a variety of soups to create your desired flavour, and finish by plating your ramen with selected toppings. This experience will be a memorable part of your Tokyo visit. At the end, receive a certificate and a souvenir filled with Japanese tradition and culture.
