Be accompanied by a chef and sommelier on this food and wine journey. The course is dynamic and includes several different experiences: practical cooking, cooking show, food tasting, wine tasting and last but not least, a fun social experience with the other classmates!
The chef will start by introducing the schedule for the lesson and sharing about his organic farm, sustainable production and overall food philosophy. Acquire the ability to choose the best ingredients before treating them to prepare your dishes at home.
At the end of the preparations, you'll sit around the large table to taste an starter, pappardelle with sauce, gnocchi with sauce and the main course (including meat and vegetables). Enjoy a glass of selected local wine paired with each dish.
Finally taste the tiramisù, sitting relaxed on the terrace whilst enjoying the amazing views. Transform your lunch in to an exciting sensorial experience with this cooking class.
