Discover “El Garbí” mountain, at 600m above sea level, with a privately guided 10 km. morning hike, with optional return hotel transport. Wander Sierra Calderona Natural Park and the historical buildings like Barraix Hermitage or the architectural remains of Beselga Castle and learn about the history of the region.
Begin your tour by meeting at Sagunto Train Station and be taken by van to the mountain village of Beselga. Follow along the Arab irrigation systems from s. IX and the washing place of the village to a nearby forest track, where you can either continue along the traditional Medieval Style Houses or take an alternative route to visit the Font de Barraix, a natural water spring to refresh yourself.
Continue your tour to the increible “El Garbí” viewpoint and marvel at the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, Sierra Calderona Natural Park, and Morvedre Valley. Do a breathing session and stretchs at the top of the mountain and have a little snack of valencian typical products, before hiking back to beselga Village.
