See the Laughing Statues, spectacular views of the Seawall and English Bay, Yaletown, and Gastown with the World Famous Steam Clock. The steam clock has a series of steam pipes running underneath the City of Vancouver and connected to a generating plant at Georgia and Beatty Streets. Stanley Park, a tourist destination named after Lord Stanley is a 400–hectare natural West Coast rainforest. The park has over half a million trees, some 76 metres (249 ft), and is hundreds of years old.

This 52-hectare park is home to the amazing Bioedel Conservatory, its landscaped quarry garden has a collection of exotic and native trees. 125 m above sea level, it’s the highest point in Vancouver and makes for spectacular views of the park, city, and mountains on the North Shore. It offers tennis, bowls, and pitch & putt.
