At 8:00 PM, begin the tour as you board the vessel from the Museo Navale in Venice. Enjoy a welcome aperitif, as you set sail from the port. At 8:30 PM, indulge in a buffet dinner whilst sailing towards Murano, Burano, and Torcello.

Your carnival buffet will comprise of an aperitif of spritz veneziano, as you enjoy chips, savoury snacks, puff pastry, and pizza bites. Also, savour puff-pastry tarts, octopus salad, fried olives, Italian panzerotti filled with tomato and cheese, “all’ascolana” (filled with meat sauce) lasagne with meat sauce, artichoke risotto, and assorted slices of pizza. Next, tuck into a selection of sliced salami and cheese, as well as meat skewers and grilled vegetables. Later on, enjoy dessert which will include seasonal fresh fruit, typical Venetian biscuits “Buranelli”, carnival sweets, and Illy coffee.

After dinner, head towards Venice, captured by the elegant magic of the most ancient Carnival of the world. At the conclusion of your tour, disembark back at the Museo Navale in Venice.
