Meet your guide at 8:30 am and leave Cluj, heading from Maramures. First stop of the day will be in Surdesti village, for the visit of Surdesti wooden church, the first UNESCO heritage site you will visit.
Church of the Holy Paraskeva

Continue with the visit of Desesti wooden church, a second UNESCO heritage site. Here you will discover the best preserved interior painting of all the wooden churches of Maramures.
Merry Cemetery

In the afternoon, visit the colourful Merry Cemetery from Sapanta. Transfer to Breb for a walk in the village, to discover the daily life. Car transfers: approx. 5h; ~260 km / 160 mi (dinner included, breakfast & lunch not included)

Take a panoramic road that will lead you to a third UNESCO heritage site, Poienile Izei or Ieud wooden church. This will be the last visit before heading back to the big city.
