Day 01

Airport > Wadduwa

Arrive at Colombo International Airport. Here, you will be met by a designated chauffeur guide from Lakpura Travels. After the formalities at the airport you will be escorted to your air-conditioned vehicle and proceed to Waduuwa and check in to your Ayurveda Resort. (Travel Time – 2 to 2 ½ hrs)

Things to Remember:
-You will spend approximately 1 hour getting through the immigration cue and baggage collection.
-Your Chauffeur will be paging your name at the Airport Arrivals Lounge.
-After the formalities at the airport you will be escorted to your air-conditioned Van and proceed to Colombo and check into the hotel. (Travel Time – 20 to 30 mins)

On the first day, you will have an initial consultation with the doctor at our Sri Lanka Ayurveda retreat, which would take about 30 minutes. During this consultation, your prakurthi equilibrium and the imbalances of your three doshas will be identified by the doctor.

Day 02 to Day 07

Wadduwa > Wadduwa

Spend the days leisurely enjoying the beach and hotel facilities. During your stay, you can experience the following activities at Siddalepha Ayurveda Resort.

01 )Yoga & Meditation - Give yourself over to the ultimate in restful relaxation and good health; come slip into a sense of spiritual wellbeing as you are whisked away to a world of complete contentment. 02)Cooking Demonstration - If you are looking for things to do in Wadduwa, why not sign up for our Ayurveda cooking demonstrations? Herbs and plants that are grown on our property are used in the making of Ayurveda recipes by our chef, right before your eyes. Special arrangements can be made if you wish to participate in open air cooking sessions.

03 )Visits to Ayurveda Factory -Take a tour of our Ayurveda Factory where you could observe and learn of the best practices and protocols that we as a company adhere to in manufacturing the widest range of Sri Lanka Ayurvedic medicine products.

04)Herbal Garden Tour - Conducted by a resident doctor, the educational tour of our herbal garden will introduce you to some of the 400 herbal plants growing on our property. There are plenty of things to see in Wadduwa, but none quite so uniquely educational as what you will come across during our Herbal Garden Tour. Lasting between 40-60 minutes, this tour provides guests with information about the medicinal value of the herbs, as well as a close up view of some of the plants that are used for the guests’ treatments.

Day 08 - After a relaxed morning and breakfast at the hotel check out and, drive to the Airport for your flight back home! ☹
