"Property was exactly as advertised. Pretty basic kitchen fit out (and only a portable stove top) but that was fine for us as we spent most of our time away from the apartment. Hosts were difficult to contact, either needed to sign up to an app (no thanks) or ring them direct. I had no response to my text message but ultimately this wasn’t an issue. We would stay here again and have recommended it to friends."

"Overall the property provided what we needed for our stay. Clean and tidy. Good facilities. The Gym was handy. Parking was easy. The downside was the sporadic nature of tge hot water early in the morning which would be an issue during winter. Appears to be an ongoing issue I n the building. Being on the street level traffic noise during the day was at times significant."

"Would highly recommend a stay in this well appointed unit and would stay again. Quiet and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lounge is rather tired and not the most comfortable. This is the only negative thing we would comment on. Parking is easy. The communication to enter the unit was not good. We were repeatedly told to watch the U Tube video but not given the No. of the apartment. Once sorted all was fine. Great shower and well appointed kitchen. Convenient to great restaurants...

"We loved our stay at this home. We spent 5 nights In the apartment. It is perfectly located in the Kingston Foreshore precinct with Lake views and minutes to the cafes, restaurants and lake Burley Griffin. We travelled with our two toy cavoodles. The access and parking were very convenient. The apartment was well appointed. My 89 year old parents joined us for two nights and were comfortable and had easy lift access. We will return."

"Location excellent for our needs - especially eating out on a rainy night. Saffron was much enjoyed. So was the apartment - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very comfortable. Tricky finding our way around - parking, getting into the apartment, but our host was available to help. The one drawback - we all like to go out walking in the morning, but at different times. With only one fob to access the building and the elevator, we felt very restricted. For this group, we would look elsewhere next...
