It was well past it’s use by date and my wife woke up with a sore back (which hasn’t happened elsewhere). Sitting on the edge of the mattress made you slide off - it had no real structure left. "Great hotel with all the 5 star service you anticipate. The only downside occurred at the food side of the package. Dinner was supgrest food but lack of staff to service was disappointing but the existing staff tried very hard. Unfortunately breakfast was no better. The coffee machine was broken and after finishing breakfast we hadn't received one"
