"Host was very accommodating however the property description doesn't match reality. Cooking was via a shared barbecue, washing up needed to be done in the bathroom vanity and the restaurant was closed. Most meals required a 20 minute drive to Nairne...or slightly further to Mt Barker. It would be OK for an overnight stay or weekend if you wanted to travel around the Adelaide Hills. Longer stays are very difficult."

"Really beautiful property in Mt Barker, 10 mins drive to Hahndorf. It is super clean and amenities are very complete. Great if you want to cook and dine at home instead of going out. Rooms are very quiet even though it is next to the main road. Beds are king size and very comfortable. You also get Netflix if you have nothing else to do. There are great personal touches from the owners including a bottle of local wine and Tim Tams. The only negative is the lack of lightings to the property...
