"Great renovation has been completed on this house. Nice new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry and pool area. Shame that there is not a dining table and chairs. White sofa not very comfortable. Pillows are very small in bedrooms. Nice quiet area."

"Absolutely perfect for 2 families But the price you pay to have the house cleaned and it's not cleaned properly when you arrive, it needed vacuming and mopping. There was sand all over the floor but other than that we had a good time and the house was fine."

"The sleeping/bedroom arrangements of this property we not properly explained. One bedroom was not even a bedroom and had a louver wall one side and a curtain door. This room was also very small. I would not recommend this property it to adults sharing together. I barely slept. The bed in the main bedroom was also very squeaky. Also, no oven only a microwave. The shower was also very mouldy and had not been cleaned properly in a while. On a whole, very disappointing. Very over priced for what it...

"It was a nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the Sunny Coast and very handy to Brisbane. I took my two little dogs, and people with ambulatory needs and we were all very comfortable. Ample room for everyone with all the amenities we needed."

"We had a very comfortable 2 night stay at Beerwah house. All the basics provided and the house was very clean. The bathroom tiles are a little dated but very clean. The sunroom is awaiting renovation in May and unfortunately the roof leaked during the tropical downpours we had but otherwise was a great place to sit with a view over the pool. The pool was functional and my sisters enjoyed a dip. It was lovely that pool towels were provided. All in all a comfortable stay especially for a family."

I think it's going to become an annual thing for us! It's a fantastic house, spacious, clean, has everything you need but the best thing is the deck and a view to die for! "We enjoyed this holiday and this accommodation more than any other so far and can't wait to return. The apartment was incredibly clean, well stocked, quiet and well laid out. The views were incredible and choices of furnishing were thoughtful (leather lounge doesn't collect dust and not a heap of trinkets around). "We were so excited to stay at the Beachmere house but in the end we didn’t get to stay. The house was advertised as being Pet Friendly so we planned to take our two dogs. The afternoon before our stay we found out that it was NOT Pet Friendly as advertised so we had no backup plan for our dogs and as a result couldn’t stay."

"Everything was amazing apart from we had a cooktop in our room which we bought food for Mother’s Day breakfast and we couldn’t cook it as the cooktop was not working and then we were told it was working but we weren’t supplied with the correct pans for an induction cooktop. Very disappointing……."

"The Property is lovely and well located within walking distance of Prince Charles Hospital. The apartment is well equipped however it doesn’t have an inside dining table or any chairs (occasional or dining). We had to sit on the bed to watch TV and eat our meals. There was a misunderstanding on arrival however this was addressed by Management which was appreciated. Overall a pleasant stay and we would recommend. "
