"I have stayed at 'The Kinson' (and predecessor names) for over 10 years on my annual trips to Melbourne and I'm never disappointed. The Albert Park location is very pleasant, the rooms are spacious and very well appointed, and it's only a 100m walk to trams to the city."

"My go to property in the city, if a room is available. Friendly staff, wonderful balcony view, good amenities and convenient location. Have been here about 3 times in the last 3 months. Highly recommend!"

"Property was overall quite good.- some areas such as restaurant could be updated. We were under the impression it was convenient to shopping centres and for those of us who are from out of town this was not the case. Providing a shuttle service from the airport would have been helpful however to the airport was excellent thank you. "

"We chose to stay at Adara due to an appointment at epworth. It had everything we needed. Lovely little cafe just down the street. Parking was $30 a night which I think is a bit expensive. We would stay again"
