"The room was great. The staff friendly. Service on par. The food at the Prince Hotel is not good. There are plenty of great places to eat in & around St Kilda."
"It was our third stay here. It ss a convenient location for our visit. Car park is very tight for large vehicles. Rooms are neat and have all you would need. "
"Very convenient if you’re attending a show at the Palais. Bed good, room clean, great shower!
Large, comfy communal lounge area.
Small annoyance - air conditioner and fridge a bit noisy. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Short walk to Acland St."
"Amenities aplenty. Staff were helpful and great. The little coffee shop underneath was amazing.
Shower was hot, room clean and bed comfy. Only one night, but necessary after a big night out. "

"Stay was excellent.
But i would seriously consider upgrading front of building with coat of paint.
Entrance carpet dirty, hall carpet dirty.
I am involved in refurbishing properties so i am aware how important visual affects are.
Costs involved far out way the benefits of a cosmetic overhaul. Regards "

"Right next door to Aldi. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Clean. Big. Air con. Parking was $20 per night with 1.9m clearance. Balcony. Windows that looked on to the street. Full sized fridge. Washing machine. Would stay again "
