"Nice place to stay
Good clean conditions
Very tight parking couldn't get my twincab into the numbered carpark so I took another one.
Ofter wise had a great stay. "
"It was our third stay here. It ss a convenient location for our visit. Car park is very tight for large vehicles. Rooms are neat and have all you would need. "
"The place is very wonderful and unique. Ideal for families with children with a very homie vibe. I like that it has a kitchen where have an option to cook but there are a lot of cafe’s around. "
"This was an excellent value property containing everything you could want.
This included a fridge with freezer compartment and a cooker. There was a queen sized bed and a single pull out matress in the apartment. Good sized bathroom.
Location very close to St Kilda station.
Great bats nearby with long happy hours."
"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."

"As always, convenient, friendly, clean, quiet, and with the world’s slowest lifts. Always stay here, easy tram to the city, easy walk to the beach, easy access to everywhere.

"Warm and comfortable though the windows could do with thicker curtains for the winter.
I would've recommended the radiant panel heaters over their very powerful and easy to use dual system air con, while it's clearly a beast, it's an inefficient form of heating that fades the minute it's off to the plus it dries you out something shocking!
They have spa baths as standard! Fantastic!
Probably isn't the fanciest place out there, but for nice location, "

"Stay was excellent.
But i would seriously consider upgrading front of building with coat of paint.
Entrance carpet dirty, hall carpet dirty.
I am involved in refurbishing properties so i am aware how important visual affects are.
Costs involved far out way the benefits of a cosmetic overhaul. Regards "

"Right next door to Aldi. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Clean. Big. Air con. Parking was $20 per night with 1.9m clearance. Balcony. Windows that looked on to the street. Full sized fridge. Washing machine. Would stay again "
