"Very good access just off M6 but in a pretty and quiet village. Plenty of parking. Hotel had maintained its clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished rooms since our last visit. There is a choice of pub bar and restraunt dining and our bar food was good traditional food. Staff were friendly though maybe some were newly trained and service a bit slow. Strongly recommended and will be back."

"The hotel is located just out the Railway Station Door. We were able to drop our bags, as we arrived earlier in the day. Convenient to see the Cathedral & Castle. Staff was very helpful, I take a medicine that must be refrigerated and they stored it for me. The real problem is the There is no A/C. Our room had the full afternoon sun and was over 80 degrees.
