"Very good access just off M6 but in a pretty and quiet village. Plenty of parking. Hotel had maintained its clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished rooms since our last visit. There is a choice of pub bar and restraunt dining and our bar food was good traditional food. Staff were friendly though maybe some were newly trained and service a bit slow. Strongly recommended and will be back."

"This was a fantastic find for an overnight stay on our way to Glasgow, wish we could have stayed longer and explored the lake and surrounding areas.
