"Stayed here on two occasions - the first was in a standard double with a friend which was cramped and I would not recommend, whereas the other was by myself in a garden view double. The garden view was significantly more spacious and I would recommend for multiple people, but the standard would only be comfortable for a solo traveler or for very short stays, as we had difficulty being able to access our luggage due to a lack of floor space. "Good location for walking to various areas in central London. Hyde park was always lovely to walk through. Check in was seamless, room was a nice size, clean and lovely large tub! The bed mattress was pretty firm not my liking but that’s a personal preference. Overall, great experience! "

"The staff was really helpful! I was here on business and towards the end of my stay had to rent day by day not knowing when I would be able to fly home. Not only did they find me a room on the last day I needed but they upgraded it as well. It’s close to the trains and a great location. This is a place I will stay again. "
