"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"I was happy with the hotel. The breakfast was great. We did find socks and earrings in our room (that were not ours). There is always someone at the desk, and if not the front door is locked. Only once did we come back and have to wait outside for 5 minutes until they returned. We really didn't find this problematic though and felt reassured more than anything - security wise. "Staff friendly and helpful but ruined by the lady that checked me in who was distinctly rude and unhelpful. Property clean and well maintained but terrible ordour in bathroom (self contained0. Had to leave window open in winter and repeatedly spray with body spray when going in. need strong air freshner but better solve the issue causing the strong sewer smell. "

"I stayed on the 3rd floor...no lift! Room was a good size. Bathroom was a tad shabby and there was no plug, not good for people like me who wear contact lenses!. Only one iron and board to share with all the other rooms! Its very convenient to Earls Court tube but unfortunately its right by a busy main road thats noisy right through the night. Bed wasn't particularly great. No Air con or fan."

"Enjoyed Mowbray Court so much Ive booked for another 4 nights next week. Staff are friendly, helpful and absolute pleasure to deal with. Facilities are excellent and superb location. Highly recommend "
