"We only stayed one night because my daughter was graduating the next morning. Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. On Saturday night we cooked a nice dinner and enjoyed it with family and friends. Couple items to note is the room with the bunk beds does not have a wall is an open loft and no bathroom on top floor. We enjoyed the deck also as the evening was...

"This property was absolutely perfect for our event! My son was celebrating his 18th birthday on the day of the full solar eclipse with family including my 10 month old twin nephews and three year old nephew. The house had space to accommodate everyone's needs and the hosts did an amazing job of making us feel welcome. They even went out of their way to include some special decorations for our event.
