"This was an anniversary getaway. The property is very well maintained. Pool could use a little help, but it is heated and clean. No pool towels unless you ask for extras from the office. The cottage rooms are quite small compared to the motel rooms. I would reconsider next time and stay in motel instead. We had a night visitor which kept me up most of the night, an animal was in the wall/ceiling area scratching around for hours. I found the pillows not so comfy. I’d bring my own from home...

Once inside the room it is as good as any two-star hotel, with plenty of hot water, a mini-fridge, clean towels and bedsheets. "It was a lovely setting for groomsmen pictures and breakfast for the guys for the morning of the wedding. I, personally, enjoyed the sunsets each night (Thursday & Friday). The only drawback was the stairs with 2 - 89 year old parents who needed something to hang onto when going up and down the steps. The curve was a bit challenging. Other than that, it was a very comfortable house with lots of room."

"We stayed for a long weekend to see the eclipse. We had a small issue with the lockbox checking in but they were super quick to rectify that as the owner lives next door. We loved the grounds because it gave my 2 year an opportunity to explore. The house is up on a hill so you do get a nice little view of the lake as well. It’s an old farm house and it has a lot of charm. Everything we needed was provided. It is also close to all the wineries in North East. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Booked this property to watch the 2024 solar eclipse (more than 2 years advance!) and it did not disappoint! Beyond the fact that it was the perfect size for my group (7 adults), very clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, the best part of this property by far is the views!! I highly recommend this property - the property manager is great, was a great value, and it was the perfect setting for witnessing the total eclipse - an experience I’ll never forget!"

"Me and my now fiancée stayed here for a weekend Valentine’s trip to wine country, the location is excellent, right in between tons of wineries, plenty of great food/restaurants and still on a quiet street just outside of town.
