"The room we had was very adequate and above all it was quiet as it faced onto a graden and did not from the very busy road the hotel is located on. The room service was excellent, the room and its fen suite bathroom were kept clean and any requests were met fully. We were happy with the room and the service. It was difficult for us to get in initially as we arrived after 6 pm because of plan delays and our mobile phones were not working well in Australia as we had not yet been able to adjust...

"The wife and I stayed for a night so that we could attend a Fringe Festival event. From the moment we arrived until we left we had nothing but friendliness and great service in a gorgeous heritage home. The feel of the hotel is kind of old worldly. There’s a fire and sumptuous leather couches to sink into whilst enjoying a glass of wine, a cuppa or bite to eat from the onsite cafe. The room was beautiful and clean with double glazed windows so there was little to no external noise offering us...

"The location is great, close to the beach and good restaurants. Room has enough space for a family and staffs are really friendly. We got a false fire alarm in the evening, which awakes my kids, but i think it is just a unusual accident. "
