"Owners must renovate the property. It is old and dated. Its the staff that saves them. Absolutely no watersports activities and sand not raked daily by watersports staff. Rooms need updating and have no fridge. I didn't see an ice machine on my floor nor was there any ice bucket...No complimentary bottle especially when it is known that the people on the island don't drink the water from the pipes, they drink bottled water. But again, its the staff that saves them."

"This was our first trip to Eleuthera and we will certainly return! We choose Sky Beach Club for the onsite bar and restaurant and modern facility. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Minifridge and full size coffee pit meant we could eat in for breakfast and lunch if we chose. Villa 1 and 2 have lovely views of pool with ocean beyond, yet are secluded behind well maintained landscaping. Pool bar under the watch of Sammy was always a fun place to hang out. "I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
