"I'll just start off by saying " you pay for what you get" this place is steps away from the beach, has car rental services across the street and another one down the road, many souvenirs shops, bars, restaurants, market store and walgreens 8mins away from SJU airport and free hotel parking. It's a 10/10 for location. However the hotel itself is run down. always an elevator thats out of services the floor is unleveled the buttons would stick, Room is ice cold which is great with the heat....

"The stay was great, too short but it was the time we had, the service was above and beyond, and the only issue was the room the floor was wet, but we were so tired that we didn't report until the next day and that particular room used a machine to suck the humidity, so make sure if there an issue just share it they are good to resolve any situation.
