"While the hotel is very nice, the service is not that great and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The hotel rooms are also beocming a little dated. It's a nice hotel but it is not worth being one of the most expensive hotels in Hua Hin especially when there are newer and nicer hotels in the town."

"Clean room. Convenient pool access room and pool is clean and large. Nicely staff. Just one thing annoy me is the room is not soundproofing I can hear upstair or the room beside. But it's still acceptable. "

"Lots of mosquitoes that disrupted our sleep. Requested to change room to a higher floor for our second night but was other rooms reserved for customers checking in. Bed is hard and pillows too soft. Locations is off, far from the city and have to walk quite a distance to find food. Close to beach but when tide comes in, beach is not accessible."
