The shared areas are very welcoming, and the breakfast is good, with a variety of juice, fresh fruit, pastries, barista coffee, and muesli. It is very eco-conscious. "The hotel is lovely and conveniently located. The staff were all very pleasant. There was some misleading information on the booking description that was disappointing. There is not a spa on site. As I had booked for that reason, it was a bit irritating. Maybe they will correct that in the listing. Note that the nearest spa will require at least 24 hr advanced booking to accommodate guests of the hotel (with limited availability). Other than that, my stay was excellent. "

"The only items that may have improved our stay would be perhaps luggage racks at the room entry to allow easy access to suitcases and a rethink about the beautifully aesthetic black rack that provided little usable space for clothing and the fridge at such a low level that it is difficult to access….
