Location couldn't be better, on the canals where we watched dolphins and swans, easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Prospective guests need to know there are lots of stairs to navigate and bathroom is small. Minor inconveniences compared to the airiness and general amenity of the unit."

"Neil’s place is as described and well located 8 minutes walk from the Scarborough Esplanade - good cafes, restaurants and hotel. Fabulous for sunset watching on the Esplanade. Neil is very generous with his welcome gifts including a bottle of red wine under his own label - I think it was Shiraz. It was nice to have lovely soft white towels (like at home). We had record temperatures during our stay so it got hot (even with the air con) as there are no window coverings. The view of the river and its activity (including dolphins playing) was a highlight. "Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in...
